Proofing & Baking Instructions 

Storage:  Glaze in refrigerator, Cinnamon Rolls in freezer

Proof time: 12 hours
Bake temp: 350 degrees
Bake time: 15-17 minutes

Take frozen cinnamon rolls off of the parchment paper. Unfold parchment and use it to line your sheet pan. Place cinnamon rolls 2-3 inches apart on the pan and place it in a cool oven overnight, door closed, approximately 12 hours.

In the morning, remove cinnamon rolls from oven and preheat to 350 degrees.  Make a quick egg wash by mixing together an egg yolk, dribble of water, and pinch of salt.  Brush the outsides of cinnamon rolls with egg wash.  This step is optional.

Bake cinnamon rolls at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes until edges are golden brown and center of rolls is set.

Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy the cinnamon smell wafting through your home.  Drizzle with vanilla buttermilk glaze.
