Your tasting is a relaxed, one-on-one experience where we focus on flavor, design, and your vision for the day. You’ll sample a curated selection of our most loved cake flavors and fillings while we talk through your wedding style, guest count, and any inspiration you’ve gathered.

When you book a wedding cake tasting at Sugar Fixé, you’ll work directly with Corrie Pechan, our Wedding & Cake Director. Corrie brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to each couple she works with. Balancing refined design, flavor, and practicality to create cakes that feel intentional and beautifully executed.
From your first tasting through final design details, Corrie will guide you through flavor pairings, design options, and logistics, helping translate your vision into a cake that complements your celebration and delights your guests.
