Take & Bake Goods Instructions

Cookie Dough

Chocolate Chip Dough | $32.50 - 10-pack

Instructions:
Store cookie dough in your freezerup to one month

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place frozen dough on a sheet pan (preferably lined with parchment), 2-3 inches apart.

  3. Bake times:

    • Sugar cookies:16-18 minutes

    • Chocolate chip cookies:15-17 minutes

    • Or until edges are golden and center is set.

Brioche Cinnamon Rolls

Bake Ready Cinnamon Rolls | $34.50 - 6-pack

Instructions:
Store box in freezer up to 2 weeks
Proof time:12 hours
Bake temp:350°F
Bake time:15-17 minutes

  1. Place cinnamon rolls 2-3 inches apart on a sheet pan lined with parchment (provided, wrapped in with rolls).

  2. Place sheet pan in a cool oven overnight with the door closed, approximately 12 hours.

  3. In the morning, remove cinnamon rolls from oven and preheat to 350°F.

    • Optional: Make a quick egg wash by mixing together an egg yolk, a dribble of water, and a pinch of salt.

    • Brush the outsides of cinnamon rolls with egg wash.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 15-17 minutes until edges are golden brown and the center of rolls is set.

  5. Let cool for 5 minutes.

  6. Spread with vanilla buttermilk glaze. Enjoy!
