Take & Bake Goods Instructions
Cookie Dough
Chocolate Chip Dough | $32.50 - 10-pack

Instructions:
Store cookie dough in your freezerup to one month
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place frozen dough on a sheet pan (preferably lined with parchment), 2-3 inches apart.
Bake times:
Sugar cookies:16-18 minutes
Chocolate chip cookies:15-17 minutes
Or until edges are golden and center is set.
Brioche Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions:
Store box in freezer up to 2 weeks
Proof time:12 hours
Bake temp:350°F
Bake time:15-17 minutes
Place cinnamon rolls 2-3 inches apart on a sheet pan lined with parchment (provided, wrapped in with rolls).
Place sheet pan in a cool oven overnight with the door closed, approximately 12 hours.
In the morning, remove cinnamon rolls from oven and preheat to 350°F.
Optional: Make a quick egg wash by mixing together an egg yolk, a dribble of water, and a pinch of salt.
Brush the outsides of cinnamon rolls with egg wash.
Bake at 350°F for 15-17 minutes until edges are golden brown and the center of rolls is set.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Spread with vanilla buttermilk glaze. Enjoy!
